Dr. Seema Garg holds a doctoral degree in Chemistry and is currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Chemistry, as well as the Head of Student Affairs at the Amity Institute of Applied Sciences, Amity University, Noida, India. With 23 years of extensive teaching and research experience, her research focuses on synthesizing nanoparticles and nanomaterials using green methods for antibacterial and photocatalytic applications. Additionally, her work includes the degradation of recalcitrant organic pollutants, hydrogen generation, and CO2 reduction to provide efficient and affordable solutions to the industry. She has supervised four Ph.D. students, with three more currently under her guidance.
