<p><strong>Gilles Rouet,&nbsp;</strong>Professor of Public Management, Paris-Saclay University, is Head of the Institut Supérieur de Management, Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Versailles St-Quentin-en-Yvelines since 2015, he holds the <em>ad personam </em>Jean Monnet Chair “Identities and Cultures in Europe” since 2009. Coordinator of various European programs from 1993, he was also, from 2004 to 2014, Attaché at the Embassy of France in Slovakia and Bulgaria. He has published about 50 books and more than 240 contributions and papers, in particular about Communication, European Identities, Public Management, and European Neighborhood Policy. He is also a Member of the Board of <em>Hermès, La Revue</em>, CNRS, an Associate Editor of <em>Gestion et Management Public</em>, and Vice-President of EUMMAS.</p>

<p><strong>Stela Raytcheva,&nbsp;</strong>Professor of Management at the University of Versailles-St-Quentin-en-Yvelines, is Deputy Director of ISM-IAE, in charge of International and Student Relations. Her research interests include Intercultural Management, Communication, Epistemology and Organizational Theories. She studies the Social Production of Cultures and Politics in everyday life.</p>

<p><strong>Thierry Côme,&nbsp;</strong>Professor of Public Management, Université de Versailles St-Quentin-en-Yvelines (France), Paris-Saclay University, expert of European programs in Russia, Georgia, and Macedonia from 1993 to 2014, was also, from 2002 to 2007, the Vice-President for International Relations, University of Reims-Champagne-Ardenne. Member of the National Council for Universities (CNU) from 2007 to 2019 and of the National Council for High Education and Research (CNESER) from 2011 to 2019. He has published 26 articles, written or directed 11 books, and also published 32 chapters in scientific books and about 120 contributions and papers, in particular about Management of Education, Public Management and European Neighborhood Policy, Bologna Process, Local Democracy or Corporate Social Responsibility. He is also involved in several scientific journals and director of <em>The Revue Africaine de Management Public</em>.</p>
