As you know, "the sea and Homer are all driven by love". The author of this book is unforgivably young (only twenty one years old!), daring and talented. This gives him the strength to swing at eternal themes, without the irony that corrodes modern man to take on a novel about love. The novel really lives up to its title and subtitle. It is about love and written in different colors and techniques: there and watercolor, and graphics, and oil paints. There are literary games, omens, mixed technique. Sometimes it seems that the writer is a primitive, not familiar with the previous opuses, nor with the surrounding reality - but this quickly passes. Because the boy has grown up and can already afford the final phrase: "Happiness is when a quarrel with a loved one is scarier than war."
